Effective July 14, 2026. By creating an account or posting on Vice of Verse, you accept these Terms and the Community Guidelines.
Interpretations stay personal.
Vice of Verse hosts user interpretations and short excerpts for discussion. It does not publish official lyric meanings or full lyric sheets, and every public surface includes reporting, moderation, and takedown paths.
Eligibility and accounts
Vice of Verse is for people 17 and older. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, safety rules, or the law.
Your content
You retain ownership of original writing. You grant Vice of Verse a limited license to host, display, distribute, and moderate it to operate the service. Post only content you have the right to share. Keep lyric excerpts short and make the interpretation your own; do not upload full lyrics, copyrighted media you do not control, or private information.
Safety and moderation
We may remove content, issue warnings, restrict features, disable accounts, and respond to rights or safety reports. Reporting and blocking tools do not guarantee immediate action; imminent danger should be reported to local emergency services.
Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are optional, renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple or Google before the applicable renewal date, and are subject to the price, trial, and cancellation terms shown at checkout. Store refund rules apply. Premium benefits are described in the app before purchase.
