Collect Apple Developer access, Google OAuth client IDs, Android SHA keys, and Firebase provider settings.
Create store apps, add screenshots, age rating, support URL, privacy URL, and review contact.
Keep running production smoke after provider changes; migrate to a client-owned project later only if the hosting/account plan changes.
Add Apple Music team/key IDs later as a secondary provider; keep Spotify Client Secret server-side only. For broad Spotify login, add tester users to the 5-user allowlist now or pursue Spotify's organization Partner Application / extended-access review path.
Add real App Store/Play Store products and RevenueCat API keys, finalize Unity payout and store ID/listing linkage, then validate rewarded ads in an EAS development build.
Create the PostHog project, set EXPO_PUBLIC_POSTHOG_KEY/HOST in EAS, and pin activation, subscription, ad, and provider-ingestion dashboards.
